The two-storey villa offers spacious and bright accommodation and a great outdoor pool area for entertaining and relaxation.
The large open-plan living/dining room covers the full width of the rear of the property and is airy and light tahnks to the three banks of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which blend with the pool terrace. The living area is furnished with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa which faces a large flat-screen TV, with DVD player below.
The dining section has a long marble-topped dining table with six white leather chairs and is adjacent to the kitchen. This is fully-fitted with ample units and equipped with an integrated oven and hob, with wide stainless steel extractor hood above and a cabinet fridge/freezer. A laundry room is tothe side and fitted with an automatic washing machine.
To the immediate left of the main entrance is a shower room for added cnvenience when using the pool.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms. Each is furnished with a double or king-size bed, has a dressing area with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and large mirror and faces a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also has a DVD player and a balcony, as does one other bedroom.
Each also has a well-appointed bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath tub and glass-panelled walk-in shower. Two of the en-suites have twin wash basins whilst all are equipped wih modern and stylish sanitary ware.
Externally at the front of the villa there is a large electric gate and undercover parking for two cars. To the rear is the private swimming pool area. This is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and there are deep terraces on three sides of the pool allowing ample space for the sun loungers and the six-person alfresco dining set.
The villa is well located just a few minutes walk from the bustling village of Kamala with its wide variety of restaurants serving both Thai and international cuisine, many bars, shops and other amenities including the long sandy beach. The up-scale enclave of Surin Beach which is home to many renowned restaurants, wine bars and shops is just a10 minute drive away whilst the exciting nightlife on offer in Patong is only a 15 minute drive to the south.
