somkid gardens condominium has appropriately been described as "the best address in bangkok." no condominium inthailand compares with the location with respect to the nearby skytrain, central department store, central embassy, central world, and 30+ restaurants and bars within walking distance plus banks, cinemas, and bumrungrad hospital. all this in an astonishingly serene environment. the large in-ground swimming pool, airy gardens, tennis and hoop courts, and fully equipped gym is a resort in the very heart of the most exclusive area of bangkok. somkid gardens condominium offers a city lifestyle like no other. i wouldn't live anywhere else at any price.

i've lived here for over 2 years. it's a very luxurious condo. the room i live in is a penthouse with 4 bedrooms. i wanted my mother and sister to stay with me, so i decided to buy this room. the decoration of the room is very beautiful. the furniture looks classy. in addition, the project is near ratchadamri mrt, allowing me to go anywhere more conveniently. and it is near central world and siam paragon as well.

this condo is a low-rise condo. however, the location is excellent. the condo is located at the not-very-end of the alley. you can walk to ploenchit bts station for a minute, and there are also famous department stores like central chidlom nearby that you can walk to as well. if you use a private car, it may be a little difficult because most of the alleys are one-way, but it's close to the expressway. for the project, the design is very modern. the room has a home automation system. also, there are many types of rooms to choose from with the usable area ranging from 36 - 134 square meters. additionally, the common area is available as standard condos.

last week, my mom and i visited this development as our condo contract is about to expire, and we're looking for a new one. the day i went there with my mom, we looked at the duplex 3 bedrooms show unit, and mom was so happy because the room had a spacious area, comfortable and overlooked the stunning views from the mirror walls. for the common area, it is full of facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. also, what is so amazing is it's close to the emporium, emquater, and the bts skytrain!

i stayed in the unit for almost two years and i love it every second of it. situated in one of the iconic soi of bangkok, one of the leaviest soi i must say in bangkok, just steps away from an amazing supermarket and shopping center with access to international food and groceries. the owner is very well accommodating and communicative and paying attention to our needs while staying there. it has very clean pool, tennis court and cute gym and boxing / pilates studio. cant expect more.

living at somkid gardens was an unforgettable experience. the location is unmatched, the facilities are rare on the market in such a central area (huge pool, bit tennis court, basketball court, garden...). but most of all, the atmosphere is unique. building and facilities are stylish by their simplicity. being known as the best building in town for decades, without aging, this property has demonstrated the quality of its management, which is the first thing one has to consider before buying or renting a property in bangkok. this is where i plan to retire one day, no doubt about it.

the project's location is perfect. it is the answer for people who want to live in the city center. it is surrounded by convenient facilities, such as shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, and it is very convenient to travel both by private car and bts, which can only be reached on foot in a few minutes. the project is elegant and luxurious. residents have full access to the common areas here. and the security system is high. it is possible to say that living here is very reassuring. the interior of the room is well-decorated and offers good value for money. i'm not surprised by the price i've paid.

location, location, location ! just a short walk from all the goodies: 5 min to bts chitlom, 4 min to central chitlom / central embassy and its fantastic supermarket and restaurants.10 min to bumrungrad hospital, 20 min to lumpini park. the swimming pool is a quiet heaven and the garden an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city. perfect place to relax and still be in the middle of it all. the building, the lobby, and the garden are thoughtfully designed and lovingly maintained. i enjoy the place every time i come to visit.

food delivery point no food delivery staff must park behind the building and walk to the front to write the room number within 1 minute of writing. there should be a food delivery point. in front of the building for convenience in food delivery because when ordering food, food delivery personnel often don't take orders because they waste time walking even when parked in front of the building and can be placed, causing residents to order food many times. #please be considerate of residents and food delivery people.
