i've been renting in this condo for a while now. overall, it's pretty ok. the room i stayed in is a 1 -bedroom unit, larger than a typical condo, and well-divided. the decoration is unique. there is an earth tone color that looks easy on the eyes. another thing is that the corridor is a single corridor giving privacy. the facilities are complete with a swimming pool and fitness center that are always well maintained. the only drawback found is that although it is near saphan khwai bts, it is still not considered a walking distance, so you may have to take a taxi. it is not a big deal for me since i have my car. it is also not far from chatuchak market, central ladprao, and union mall. i would say this condo is perfect!

i decided to buy a room in this condo because i enjoyed the calm atmosphere while having access to all of the project's facilities, whether it's in the common areas. there are no worries about the security system. i always feel at ease when i stay here. furthermore, the 1-bedroom unit i bought was very spacious and well-designed. it is also convenient to travel because it is close to ari bts, the expressway, and numerous shopping malls.

everything here makes me glad to live in thailand. i've stayed for nearly 9 months. it was a fantastic place for me. in addition, the project is in an excellent location, one of the business districts in bangkok. also, the project is easily accessible by car. if you want to travel around bangkok, it is located between saphan khwai bts and ari bts stations. the project is luxurious and beautiful. it is a high-rise condo with over 50 floors. the staff is also friendly and helpful. the common areas are well-kept and clean, and the swimming pool is stunning. anyway, not many farangs are staying here, but it will make your life easier if you learn some thai vocabulary. and if i have more opportunities, i will undoubtedly return to stay here.

the condo is ready to move in, on pradipat road. the entrance is located at the beginning of soi pradiphat 23. the location is bustling but convenient. there is a 7-eleven nearby within walking distance. the project is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and facilities. the project is close to saphan khwai bts, only 500 meters away. it is easy to walk to the station because there is a wide sidewalk along the way. furthermore, the project has many types of units. the size starts from 28–48 sq.m. i rent a 1-bedroom loft-style unit. the room is extremely large, and the ceiling is quite high, making me feel comfortable living here. most importantly, the project is full of facilities. there are swimming pools, fitness centers, gardens, and the security guard is always on duty.

the project here is full of various trees. i think its design is very good with limited space. you can experience the shady from the first moment you have access to the condo, it's amazing! the project highlight i love most is the rooftop pool that offers stunning views of the city and also has a seating area for relaxing around the pool. if you want to use the service in different rooms, you can contact the staff anytime. they are very helpful. as for the safety system, here takes great care to ensure safety from the entrance to the room door with a tight double lock system. the space in the room is designed to be proportionated. built-in furniture is provided with good quality. i like everything here, but it is far from various department stores. anyway, there is the nearest mall, known as central rama 9, about 4 kilometers away. you can take a taxi in front of the condo, good location, and good value for money.

i used to rent here for the short term. at the beginning of last year, we were never disappointed to stay here. the room we stayed in here was 2 bedrooms. the room is fully furnished and clean. the kitchen is also spacious with a private balcony where you can make it into a small leisure corner. i love the city view at night here and the lights surrounding the condo. it was very relaxing and i didn't need to go dining outside. apart from the tranquil and clean common area, there is also a full range of facilities and 24 hours security system.

if you're looking for a condo surrounding street food, markets, or restaurants, this condo is the perfect answer. the condo area is mostly crowded and lively since it is near the headquarters and government offices. there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. importantly, the condo is a 5-minute walk to ari bts. my room is a one-bedroom unit. the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. however, the only disadvantage is that the balcony is tiny, and so is the garden on the 21st and 22nd floors. other than that, everything is perfect.

it’s a small project as there are only 60 units, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. it is in the city center of the samsen nai district. it’s not next to the train station or on the main road, so it’s suitable for people who have their cars. the design of the project is very elegant; my room is a one-bedroom unit. it’s spacious and well-proportioned with full furniture. the indoor swimming pool in the project is a good size and has always been kept clean. i like it!

it's a beautiful condo with a lovely interior design. the security system is okay, which the guard and receptionist are friendly. to enter and out of the condo, we have to use the key card access. so, there won't be non-residents to easily enter the condo, making this ideal place cozier and safer. i bought the condo here for a while with a 1-bedroom and 1 bathroom unit. when the furniture is finished installing, there will be only a small walkway and little living space. it would be inconvenient to stay for many people. anyway, the built-in furniture provided can hold a lot of stuff, making the room look tidy even though there is a little space. the common area includes a swimming pool with an overlooking city view and a rooftop garden, where it is my favorite area to sit and relax. for me, i'm okay with this condo because i rarely use a private car. i always take the bts and public transports. i can walk to the ari bts station conveniently because it is not far and safe. more importantly, many restaurants and convenience stores along the way make it easier for shopping.

i’ve stayed in this condo for a while. the condo condition is great, with an impressive interior design. my room is a 1-bedroom unit, and it is divided into a perfect proportion: living space and bedroom. the room is spacious, making it so homey. there are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, co-working, and automatic parking. as for the location, it is great as it’s in the heart of the city. it takes only a few minutes to go to shopping malls and paolo memorial hospital, which is very convenient, but at the same time maintaining peace and privacy. overall, i like it very much.
