this is a low-rise condominium surrounded by gardens, with a standout swimming pool. it’s located inside a no-through road, so traffic is minimal and it’s much quieter than other areas of bangkok. quite a few of the units have surprisingly large rooms, and many also come with decent balconies and good natural light. it suits anyone who prefers a quieter environment over high-density high-rise living. the area should become even more convenient once the nearby orange line station opens in 2027. there are plenty of restaurants and sports facilities close by, and the city centre is still easily accessible. overall, it’s a good option for those looking for a less hectic lifestyle.

tsra ruen ake is a solidly built low-rise condominium. it's incredibly quiet and peaceful, with great gardens, fantastic swimming pool and security. many condominiums are spacious. the atmosphere is friendly and travel will be greatly enhanced when the nearby mrt opens in 2027.

it is a luxurious 5 bedroom detached house. the exterior color looks cool, and the interior space is well-designed. it's spacious and well ventilated. i really like the living room because it has a high ceiling. i feel relaxed and comfortable when looking out of the window and seeing the surrounding pool. though the project doesn't have a management team, it's not a concern for me because i am confident in the home security system. in addition, the project is located near the main road and close to emquartier, central eastville, and suvarnabhumi airport.

my 2 bedroom condo is spacious and decorated with quality furniture that looks luxurious and perfect. the common areas are also very usable, especially in the clubhouse, designed as a modern cafe. inside the clubhouse, there are fitness centers, boxing practice rooms, working corners and lounges. as for the swimming pool, it's in front of the clubhouse. the project area also has shops, restaurants and famous department stores, such as centralplaza lat phrao, a shopping center that people like to visit. soon, the mrt yellow line will be available, and the chokchai 4 mrt station will be operated, which is also within walking distance of the project.

i've stayed and love it as the gated area gives a sense of privacy, and the house area is perfectly proportioned. the living and the dining rooms are designed overlooking the swimming pool. apart from that, i like the swimming pool with a large area that can set the dining table for barbecue grills and set a party by the swimming pool. inside the house, there are both kitchens which are european and thai. the european pantry allows for easy cooking, but i don't recommend it because the food smell will disturb the house area. when i want to cook, i usually use the thai kitchen because there is a door that can close when cooking, reducing and preventing the smell and smoke from cooking. the second floor will be the master bedroom with a bathroom, built-in walk-in closet, home theater, and a family room where we always spend time together. for the location, it is considered good and access many amenities such as central park, central festival east ville, making my life easier. overall, i am satisfied with this house.

i have a chance to view the house in the wang thonglang area. it's a private project with 8 units of a super-luxurious 3-story house, and comes with a modern and convenient function for residents. this project is suitable for anyone passionate about privacy, and i highly recommend it. the house is also decorated with world-class furniture from a well-known brand, including a private elevator, swimming pool, rooftop garden, and a sky bar to enrich your empire to perfection. the project location is perfect and close to the ramintra - at narong expressway and cultural center of thailand mrt station. there are also famous shopping malls in this area, educational institutes, and hospitals that can serve the residents' needs very well.

this project is attractive due to its proximity to big c supercenter and centralfestival eastville. most importantly, it is conveniently located on lat phrao road. moreover, the project's surrounding area has a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. overall, i enjoy it! aside from its beautiful design, the house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a luxuriously decorated interior. it is fully furnished, making it ideal for living with a large family. however, the project's highlight is the in-house facilities located in the center of the house, with the private pool on the top floor overlooking a beautiful garden view. it is a very spacious house with a full set of facilities for me. i'm completely impressed!

i was right about choosing to buy this house because this house is suitable for everyone in my family, of all ages. my house is hudson type, consisting of 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. the decoration is modern and elegant. as for the living room, the high ceiling gives it an open and airy look. what is especially special is that the house comes with a private elevator, which is not worried for every family with elderly persons. as for the facilities in the project, it is considered usual not to provide anything special. there is no clubhouse or gym, but i understand because everything is ready in the house. i think it's okay in terms of location, close to the entrance to the ramindra-at narong expressway, easy to get everywhere. there is the central festival eastville department store in the surrounding village, where you don't need to drive when you want to go shopping. overall, i am delighted with this place.

i bought a 3-bedroom house here. i like the elegant and modern design. inside the house, the living area is spacious. the ceilings are high, giving a sense of openness and airiness. the weather is also comfortable. in addition, the project also chooses quality furniture to decorate and focuses on green areas, making the project site filled with a lot of trees. for the facilities, there will be a swimming pool and a fitness center as same as other general projects. however, the project location is quite far from public transport. traveling is not very convenient, but there will be the arrival of bts in the future. the nearest bts station is the ramkhamhaeng bts. the project is located not far from the mall bangkapi, allowing me to buy food easily.
