small but very cozy. everything is thought out in detail, and there is everything needed for a comfortable stay. convenient location, quiet and peaceful, yet not far from beaches and cafes.

the townhouses are run down and filled with cheap worn furniture. it seemed like 3/4 of the residents there were transient russians as a good deal of them seemed to disappear after only a few months. the ones that didn't disappear seemed to be running some kind of business out of their townhouse. the security might as well be forgotten about as 90% of the time the entrance gate was left open and a good deal of the time at night the guards would be asleep in the security hut. around 11 months into my lease the landlord told me the rent would be raising by approximately 35% and that he had already been advertising the place as available. i decided to move out and obviously plenty of others did too. at time of writing there are some 24 units available for rent at this tired looking moo baan. i was never given a condition report when i moved in and when i moved out 12 months later the landlord did everything, he could to keep my security deposit. 10 months later the landlord still has 48,000 baht of my money. safety: the area around the moo baan is unwalkable at night due to roaming soi dogs.

its really one of the best projects if you will speak about quality of construction. nice and quiet location. very spacious garage for 2 cars and parking slots for guests. amazing kanan temple near by. all shops very close by car. uwc and thanyapura are the best neighbours.

visited the area, and it looked great! anchan, botanica, and tri vananda are all developing near anchan indigo. i met with the sales, rental, and estate teams; they were all very professional and seemed trustworthy. i already own a beachfront villa in phuket and plan to purchase a villa in indigo for investment purposes.

yes i like this project and invest here , because they gave me 3 years installment plan . also as well examples with prices more expensive on 20-25 % and sqm smaller

it is a very good project, uniquely designed and elegant. the tropical-style villa has 3-4 bedrooms, each with a swimming pool and a large private garden surrounded by natural scenery. the building material is of good quality. in addition to the villa itself, the project also has a communal swimming pool, a communal garden and security staff. the location is quiet and super private, yet close to beaches, markets and many attractions, especially layan beach and laguna. it is a villa for a large high-class family with taste because the price is considered high but makes sense!

this project was recently completed, and the surrounding area is serene, with a wide road, a nice swimming pool, and a security system always on duty. the house i've been renting is a two-story townhouse, but you must be careful when selecting a house because some units have cracks. fortunately, my house does not have cracks. my house is surrounded by a fence, with one parking space and various plants that decorate it nicely. the interior space is open and airy, with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. the house has three bedrooms and bathrooms. the master bedroom has a balcony with a view of the breathtaking scenery. the rental fee, on the other hand, is reasonable. it is close to layan beach, which can be reached in about 10 minutes.
