Here we live as a big family with 6 people. We are lucky to contact and inspect the house. At first, I looked at several places, but my husband likes this place the most. The first reason is that there is a private pool. There is a space for spending family time. Another reason is that the location is calm and safe and not crowded when comparing the prices with other places. It is considered ok to drive to the shopping center and a central food hall only about 2 kilometers. In addition, when we moved here, it was fully furnished, and we just decorated the room a little more !! Worth the price paid !!

My wife and I have made no mistake about buying a room in this project as it's a luxury condominium with a modern and beautiful design. The decoration is from high-quality materials. Exclusive for residents with a private pool in every unit and a very high-security system. Located in a convenient location, close to Bang Tao Beach and Boat Avenue, which is a center of convenience. There are many international restaurants and shops. I would recommend it here, ten out of ten!

Quality condominium in a contemporary style and expansive space. The design is mainly on simplicity, decorated with furniture from leading brands. Every unit comes with a private pool. This property includes 2-3 bedroom condominium units, penthouses, and approximately 6 villas suitable for various needs from a couple, family, and a group of friends. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by green nature, high privacy, and perfect for relaxation. The neighborhood has many activities to do for all lifestyles, such as ecotourism. You can go and enjoy it at Bang Tao Beach, just 350 meters away. For those who love shopping, there is Porto de Phuket, a nearby shopping center where you can find many international restaurants and shops. The common area has necessary facilities that are good enough to meet the needs of the residents. There is a gym, wireless internet, a garden, a car park, and 24 hours security system. Most of the neighbors here are foreigners settling in Thailand, both working here or living with family. As I am a very talkative and socialized person, my neighbors often invited me to dinner. Even though I lived alone, I never felt lonely at all during my stay. One of my problems is that even most people in Phuket can communicate in English, some people only speak Thai. Overall, I made no mistake living here.
