Investing in the project here is like winning a lottery ticket because my father bought it almost ten years ago. I do not expect this area to become one of the prime business districts in Bangkok's heart and was not considered a potential asset in life. This is a standard condominium, not a luxurious one, but full of necessary facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and car park. My neighbors who live here have known each other since the first day of the project because they have been living here since then. Also, there have a small number of units, so we live as if a large family. As you may know, this place is outstanding in terms of location, which is in Thonglor's heart. Plus, the project is on the main road, which the current price can't be compared to the starting price years ago. So far, the value is double. It's easy to commute using public transportation like BTS, MRT, and Airport Link. They are actually not in a walking distance. The station is about 1 kilometer from the project. You'd rather ride a motorcycle so that you can make your appointment on time. And as you know it, this road is heavy traffic, especially in the evening and rainy days. It would be nice to avoid using private cars during that time. It's shameful that the condo is not tall and located next to the main road. It can be noisy from the traffic outside. So before buying, I would recommend considering the room's location first. It would be better if you can avoid ones facing the main road.
