Nice townhome in good location

My family and I just bought a two-story townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area may not be large but functional. The design of it is modern and simple. There is a big lake surrounded by green space. I usually go there to relax and exercise. The project has a huge clubhouse which includes a fitness center and a swimming pool. On weekdays, there are not many residents. But on weekends, at the gym, there will be crowded. The location is quite good. It's not in the center of town, so it gives me high privacy. At the same time, it's convenient to travel to the city, just 15 minutes drive to Central Festival. It's worth it paying as the price is reasonable.
Large Village and high security

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The village is a big project in San Pu Subdistrict. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant to live in. My house is a 2-story detached house with 4 bedrooms, wide space. There are parking lots and space around the house. With a high fence, I can have privacy from neighbors. The project is shady with many trees. The safety is very high as the project has a strict policy to enter and exit the village. It really gives me peace of mind. The project's clubhouse is also massive, including a fitness center and a swimming pool available for all residents for free.

It is probably one of the most complete houses in the San Pu area. The house interior is simply decorated and looks good. There is a swimming pool and a space to sit and relax leisurely. The neighbors are also lovely. Besides, it is a few minutes from Maya Mall and close to 7-Eleven, shops, restaurants, and other places. It is also 20 kilometers from Chiang Mai International Airport, easily accessible by private car or a taxi according to your convenience. This project matches the large family needs. Lastly, My Thai wife and I decided to stay here.
Big project near Chiang Mai Town

This project is very big with over 500 units of houses, and it is a famous project, so it easy for me to decide to buy. I bought a 3-bedroom detached house at ​​160 sq.m in a good proportion. Decorating the house is very fun. The common area, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, or public park, are well-maintained. So, the project is on the road around Chiang Mai, which is the main road, making it very convenient to travel. From the project, I travel to work easier. It is only 15 minutes from the Central Festival shopping center and about 24 minutes from Chiang Mai Airport.
It's one of the best villages in Chiang Mai.

The village here is very shady and beautiful. There is a swimming pool for the children to swim, and the common area is spacious. The project is nestled in a quiet location away from the city and not crowded. I live in a 3 bedroom house with a large kitchen and equipped with 3 air conditioners. The common area here has a lake for jogging in the evening. The atmosphere is super pleasant. Overall, it is worth it !! Anyway, the disadvantage is that the common fee is too expensive !!
