i was living here for 3 month last year and in was very good time/ this year i also planning to come, because ins really vety comfortable

this condominium is well maintained and safe. it’s 5 min from night market and 10 min to the beach, also have plenty restaurants and bars around.

a 5* condo with major quality renovations and upgrades recently. the privilege residence went through a tough time through covid with owners unable to pay their communal maintenance service fees and the management company at that time failed to take action to retrieve the monies owed and put the condo in financial problem. thankfully in 2023 the committee appointed a new juristic manager and proper action was taken to recuperate nearly all of the monies owed. in the last couple of years since the condo is going from strength to strength with all owners now paying their cams fees and with the debts received massive updates, renovations and big improvements have taken place including: new sauna, new steam room, updated gym, renovation of swimming pool and surrounding area, lifts renovated and upgraded, water systems and electrics are now upgraded and working as they should, the whole condo has be painted including the outside of all buildings, there are now 2 security guards on duty 24/7, good cleaners now, plus lots more quality improvements. the stunning views from most of the unit's balconies are of patong bay and the andaman sea and are the best (in our opinion) of any condominium in phuket and the sea is so close to the condo. the location is perfect as 5 minutes away you get all the supermarkets/malls/shops, banks, good restaurant and bars in patong without hearing the noise or hustle and bustle of patong. behind the condo is 180° view of rainforest with lots of beautiful sounds of nature and many colourful birds and sea eagles flying around the the sea views from the balcony, so beautiful. kamala is also only 5 minutes in the other direction for quality quite beach bars and in 2024 three big supermarkets opened there (villa market, big c and tops). kalim beach is 0.2km walk away also. there are 3 under-condo car parks so parking is always easy with security sitting by looking after the cars. there are also lots of taxis around because of all of the local hotels and condos, so it only takes 3 minutes to get one. all the condo units have jacuzzi baths and rainforest showers and the bathroom fitting are all 5* as are the kitchen fittings. one of the biggest reasons that we bought our condo in the first place (apart from the amazing views), was that it was a foreigner freehold condo, so there is no 30 year lease to renew (even if the owners want to sell you another lease), thus making it a secure investment. these are not many freehold condos on phuket with sea views the good and close. overall, the privilege residence is an amazing 5* condo where my wife and i lived in for 7 happy years, in a great location and is really well managed and maintained (these days).

just great place and relaxing swimming pool the rooms are big and clean balcony with heartbreaking view so beautiful

the staff at abs are amazing. so kind and attentive. the building view is stunning and the pools are so nice.

i came here with my wife for our honeymoon and chose a deluxe room with 3 bedrooms. my room was nicely decorated with nice furniture and overlooked the stunning sea view. the atmosphere is serene, and access is simple because taxis and tuk-tuk services are available at any time. it is particularly close to tri trang beach, patong beach, and bangla road.

i would like to buy in this project, but it was all sold out, it was constructed to a very high standard which i found to be very rare in phuket, the development was built be a german with very high quality fittings. i would say the views from this development of just 8 villas are awesome, probably the best sea views in patong, there located high up at the top off a hill in a nice pleasant quiet soi amongst some very up market multimillion dollar villas. i found them to be the best value for money in patong, a rare find if you can get an owner to part with one

this has got to be the one of the if not the best sea view villa projects in patong. the views are just unbelievable, and the development is finished and maintained to a very high standard not often found in phuket. there are just 8 units in total at highland residence, the project is located at the very end off a private road off nanai road. the location is just perfect as it's about 2 or 3 minutes to patong beach, there is the most gorgeous 18 meter infinity pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views over patong bay. the villas are all the same size and each are accessed via an electric garage door, once inside the property you will be just taken back by the panoramic views of patong bay and the whole city.

the condominium is located at the bottom of a hill which offers one of the best views you can get from patong bay. despite being on a hill, it's very close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk). the swimming pool on the rooftop is a big plus to enjoy the sea view. the maintenance of the building and common areas is good. the apartment i used is spacious and offers a very nice view plus it comes with all you need.

viva patong is very well positioned where lush jungle and crystal clear beaches are all nearby. the rooms are designed so that regardless of where you look your likely to see relaxing views. some facilities are still being finalised and once finished will make it even more desirable. with patong nightlife, shops and restaurants only a 5 min drive away or a 15- 20 minute walk away makes viva’s location one of its strong points. surrounded by beautiful resorts and diverse views, makes viva patong a beautiful relaxing place to visit or call home.
