i visited this villa in person and it exceeded expectations in every way. the architecture is modern and elegant, with outstanding attention to detail and a very high level of finishes throughout. the layout is extremely well thought out: generous indoor volumes, beautiful natural light, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms feel hotel-grade, and the overall sense of privacy is excellent. the pool area and terraces are especially impressive — calm, refined, and perfect both for relaxing and for hosting. everything feels solid, quiet, and premium, not just visually but in how the space actually functions. this is one of those properties that feels even better in real life than in photos. a genuinely luxurious villa that delivers on design, comfort, and atmosphere. highly recommended.

i stayed in sea while only one because the house is in the state is bigger there as one of the original areas and you have much bigger gardens. we stay there for three years rent in a property. we were lucky enough to find a corner plot with no neighbours

very nice and clean condo with all facilities just near. there is a market monday and tuesday with a lot of thai food near villa market. and italian restaurant who make good pizza just near the entrance of the condo 😍

overall, this project is worth it. the highlight is the location. it is next to a lake, surrounded by forests, and the breeze is very refreshing. there is an unknown temple nearby, which looks very spectacular. and a dam around which is very suitable for running. a fast road to patong and karon is being built ahead of the project

this project is in the chalong area, the prime location for many luxury villas. our family has only four members, so we decided to rent the two-bedroom villa in this project which has a private swimming pool. the villa gives good privacy. security guards are on duty 24-hour. i like it very much. the overall location is good. rawai beach is within a short distance. the area has a lot of fresh seafood for sale, the only disadvantage is that the traffic is a bit heavy at around 5 at chalong intersection, but it's acceptable because we don't go out very often and prefer to spend time in the villa.

this villa is located in the perfect location, close to chalong pier and very easy to get to villa market - chalong on foot. i stayed there for 3 months, and it was very comfortable. the living area, bedrooms, and kitchen are very spacious. the pool has a perfect size and is very well maintained. we could park our car in front of the villa and had peace of mind because of their security system. my friends are also like this place, peaceful. great staff, and overall, it's really good value. suitable for both short and long-term stays.

my family and i have lived in this village for years. my daughter was very impressed with this house because it has a full-function common area and parks. a children's playground offers fun exercises, a swimming pool and a gym. that's one of the reasons i bought this house. i think the house is worth my money because it has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. all spaces of the house are perfectly proportioned. the living area is really wide and there is also a green space for refreshment. the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient via chao fah luang road, chaofa east road and thepkrasattri road. it is also near amenities such as dibuk hospital and chalong municipality office.

Chalong Miracle Lakeview

the surrounding environment is very livable, quiet, and private. the common area is clean. there is a large pool, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a parking for residents' service. my wife and i rented a one-bedroom condo that was spacious on the inside. there is a large bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. the balcony is quite large. perfect for chilling off in the morning and evening breezes. the view of the city is breathtaking. the location in chalong subdistrict is excellent. it is easy to enter and exit the city. going to kata beach takes only 20 minutes because the project is adjacent to the main road and close to central festival phuket.

the villa is for rent. the owner takes good care of the villa. it is clean and furnished with standard furniture. the villa is clearly divided into good proportions. there is a high-edge fence, a swimming pool, and parking. most of the neighbors are foreigners. the maid is friendly. the property is located in a good location in chalong, which has complete facilities. traveling to chalong pier is just 5 minutes, while rawai beach and kata beach are also very close. but the villa is not next to the sea and is located in a very deep alley. i recommend having a car or motorbike for traveling, which is very convenient!
