Rawai Imperial

Rawai Imperial Residences, At the Tree (RIR) which is a fully completed condominium registered resort located at the most southerly point of Phuket on Rawai beach overlooking the sea, beach and outlying islands. The first (Canna) phase of RIR was completed in 2015 and currently offers a selection of studio, one and two bed options with all 69 units ready to occupy (subject to final furnishing).
The next two phases have been designed and are in then approval phase:
Phase 2 (Vanda – Blue) is a single building of 5 Storey Residential Condominium of 58 Units.
Phase 3 (Gardenia - White) is 2 buildings of 5 Storeys of which 3 Storeys are residential comprising 84 units.
